Seamless Cross-Selling

The Goal Is To Sell More Through New Channels

Achieving the benefits of mergers through cross-selling always has complex system and process challenges. Thousands of variables need to be accounted for in order to enable sales reps and support to get their jobs done.

You need a platform to take you from the current, inflexible state to a better future; A platform that is adjustable on the fly, and that will evolve with your business.

The connection layer that will unite all of your back-end processes—while making sure the sales reps have a seamless user experience—is Movemedical.

How We Solve the Problem:

Movemedical creates the perfect union: enabling reps to seamlessly cross-sell across businesses,  while also giving them the tools they need to be more productive, effective, and efficient.

Scheduling: within the Movemedical Mobile App is simple, and it takes less than a minute. Only relevant options appear (procedures, physicians, and locations, etc.) and visibility and permissions are scoped to the rep’s team, territory and role.

A case record contains all of the important details from the case, and this record is linked to all relevant parties. Case records are stored within Movemedical on a unified, shared calendar. Sales and operations teams from all applicable business units have real-time visibility to this shared calendar.

Requesting: Inventory from the various businesses is organized into catalogs that are simple to navigate for ordering replenishments and requesting by procedure.

Any items needed for the surgery are added to the case record, creating an automatic demand loan order which syncs back to the individual business’s applicable IMS during the transition to Movemedical for back-end fulfillment.

Fulfillment: Sales and Ops use a mobile app and web system portal to fulfill of case inventory requests. Picking, packing, shipping and receiving are all done right in the Movemedical system. Detailed, automated tracking of shipments and configurable status update notifications provide efficient & accurate communication. This fosters trust between all the various integrated parties.

Usage: is captured intra-operatively by Reps using Movemedical’s mobile phone camera scanning ability to accurately recording all used products from multiple business lines.

Replenishment: Lot, serial, expiration, kit or tray containers, and item disposition (implanted, wasted, demo, etc.) is instantly recorded. The system knows where the inventory came from (warehouse loaners, local office stock, hospital consignment or field trunk stock, etc.), and uses this information to determine the replenishment process. This automatically, seamlessly initiates restock orders to the ERP for each of the various applicable businesses.

Invoicing: processes are configured to then provide separate bills to the customer for each business, or combine them into a single bill. The system manages the complex billing and replenishment processes to the various businesses behind the scenes.

Movemedical’s coordination and automation of complex integrations through multiple business processes ensures cross-selling between all your business is not only scalable and sustainable, but a successful avenue to your expansion goals.
